They produce the reusable cloth pads with great care, pride, and dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to Lankahelp, all these women have work and income. We were repeatedly asked cautiously how long the project would continue \u2013 the concern about losing this important source of income is palpable.
